Godelieve og hendes mand holdt først får for mælken. En venlig hyrde opmuntrede dem til at lave ost. Nu producerer de "små milde gedeoste", som også falder i god smag hos hollænderne. "Vores sortiment består af et stykke eller ti forskellige oste, afhængigt af sæsonerne og præferencerne: med kanel, honning eller lavendel, med ramsløg eller med hjemmegjort figen- eller hindbærmarmelade," fortæller Godelieve.
