Godelieve e suo marito inizialmente allevavano pecore per il latte. Un pastore amico li ha incoraggiati a fare formaggio. Ora producono "piccole delicate forme di formaggio di capra", che sono molto apprezzate anche dagli olandesi. "La nostra selezione è composta da una decina di formaggi diversi, a seconda delle stagioni e delle preferenze: con cannella, miele o lavanda, con aglio orsino o con marmellata fatta in casa di fichi o lamponi", racconta Godelieve.
