El pequeño pueblo de Botassart se encuentra a 3 km al noroeste de Bouillon, en una curva orientada hacia el norte del Semois. Hay una hermosa capilla de Nuestra Señora de 1624, con una decena de lápidas funerarias de los señores de Botassart en las paredes interiores. Sobre la puerta hay dos escudos de armas de esos gobernantes. El castillo de color amarillo brillante del siglo XVII, que era el color de los señores, tiene su origen en una granja de 1619, que fue ampliada alrededor de 1865.
