En el astillero New Belgica, la asociación sin ánimo de lucro De Steenschuit está construyendo una réplica marítima del 'Belgica'. A bordo de este histórico barco de tres mástiles, el explorador belga Adrien De Gerlache emprendió en 1897 la primera expedición a la Antártida. Como visitante, puedes acceder al barco en construcción. Así te sumerges en la atmósfera a bordo durante la primera expedición al polo sur.
