Junto a la Fundación de Boudelo se encuentra la Heirnisse, una reserva natural que es gestionada por la Agencia de Naturaleza y Bosques. En el bosque que está a la izquierda del camino ciclista crecen, entre otros, abedules, avellanos, robles americanos y arces comunes. Entre el camino ciclista y el bosque se puede ver una franja de hierba donde crecen diversas hierbas, incluyendo la verdadera flor de cucú.
