El Viejo Castillo de Petegem es un castillo en Petegem-aan-de-Schelde. Anteriormente era un castillo amurallado situado en la orilla izquierda de un meandro del Escalda que ahora ha sido cortado.
Durante la alta Edad Media, aquí se encontraba la ruina de uno de los castillos más antiguos de Flandes. Un diploma otorgado por Carlos el Calvo en 864 indica que esta fortaleza fue habitada por los reyes francos de la segunda dinastía. Gwijde de Dampierre remodeló la antigua fortaleza en un castillo.
