Pailhe es una de las parroquias más antiguas del distrito de Huy, pero el edificio neoclásico actual del arquitecto Hut Emile VIERSET-GODIN data de 1847.
Aquí se puede admirar una reproducción del famoso retablo de Pailhe , en madera policromada del gótico tardío, dividido en siete compartimentos que representan escenas de la vida de Cristo y atribuido al artista de Amberes Jean de MOLDER. El original ha estado en el Musée d'Arts et d'Histoire de Bruselas desde 1843.
También hay un muy buen Cristo en la Cruz de 1520 , de un taller en 's Hertogenbosch, una estatua de San Gilles con una cierva del siglo XVII , una custodia de plata de 65 cm (1650), así como dos incensarios de plata del siglo XIX de 27cm
