Pailhe ist eine der ältesten Gemeinden im Bezirk Huy, aber das heutige neoklassizistische Gebäude des Hut-Architekten Emile VIERSET-GODIN stammt aus dem Jahr 1847.
Hier können Sie eine Reproduktion des berühmten Pailhe-Altars aus polychromem Holz der Spätgotik bewundern, die in sieben Fächer unterteilt ist und Szenen aus dem Leben Christi darstellt und dem Antwerpener Künstler Jean de MOLDER zugeschrieben wird. Das Original befindet sich seit 1843 im Musée d'Arts et d'Histoire in Brüssel.
Außerdem gibt es einen sehr schönen Christus am Kreuz aus dem Jahr 1520 aus einer Werkstatt in 's-Hertogenbosch, eine Statue des Heiligen Gilles mit einer Hirschkuh aus dem 17. Jahrhundert , eine 65 cm große silberne Monstranz (1650) sowie zwei silberne Weihrauchbrenner aus dem 19. Jahrhundert 27 cm.
