Pailhe és una de les parròquies més antigues del districte de Huy, però l'actual edifici neoclàssic de l'arquitecte Hut Emile VIERSET-GODIN data de 1847.
Aquí es pot admirar una reproducció del famós retaule de Pailhe , en fusta policromada del període gòtic tardà, dividit en set compartiments que representen escenes de la vida de Crist i atribuït a l'artista d'Anvers Jean de MOLDER. L'original es troba al Musée d'Arts et d'Histoire de Brussel·les des de 1843.
També hi ha un Crist a la Creu de 1520 molt bonic , d'un taller de 's Hertogenbosch, una estàtua del segle XVII de Sant Gilles amb una daina, una custodia de plata de 65 cm (1650), així com dos cremadors d'encens de plata del segle XIX. 27 cm.
