Pailhe è una delle parrocchie più antiche del distretto di Huy, ma l'attuale edificio neoclassico dell'architetto Hut Emile VIERSET-GODIN risale al 1847.
Qui si può ammirare una riproduzione della celebre pala d'altare Pailhe , in legno policromo del periodo tardo gotico, suddivisa in sette scomparti raffiguranti scene della vita di Cristo e attribuita all'artista anversano Jean de MOLDER. L'originale si trova al Musée d'Arts et d'Histoire di Bruxelles dal 1843.
C'è anche un bellissimo Cristo in croce del 1520 , proveniente da una bottega di 's Hertogenbosch, una statua del XVII secolo di Saint Gilles con una cerva, un ostensorio d'argento di 65 cm (1650), oltre a due incensieri d'argento del XIX secolo di 27 cm.
