El Paseo Hoppe te lleva de Sint-Ulriks-Kapelle a Sint-Martens-Bodegem y de regreso. Antes de 1950, el paisaje estaba definido por los campos con postes de lúpulo.
Cada cervecería solía tener sus propios campos de lúpulo. Ahora solo queda un par en el municipio. En el camino, pasas por la Cervecería Girardin. Aquí todavía se elabora Lambiek, Kriek y Geuze.
En Sint-Martens-Bodegem encontrarás uno de los últimos testigos de la construcción de madera y barro en Pajottenland, la Casa Mostinckx. Este paseo está señalizado con un cartel en forma de hexágono con el nombre Paseo Hoppe.
