Günnigfeld es un barrio de Bochum. Se encuentra en el norte de la antigua ciudad de Wattenscheid, ahora en el distrito de Wattenscheid, y limita con Gelsenkirchen y Herne.
Anteriormente había una instalación minera de la mina Hannover en el sur de Günnigfeld. Hoy en día, aquí se encuentra el parque Kruppwald. Los trabajadores vivían en la "Colonia Hannover" con las casas de mina que aún existen. Se pueden encontrar en el grupo de calles con nombres de pila masculinos.
