La estación de tren de Flensburg es la estación de la ciudad de Flensburg. Desde aquí hay rutas hacia Kiel, hacia Hamburgo a través de Schleswig y Neumünster, así como en dirección a Fredericia en Dinamarca. La estación juega un papel regional en el tráfico ferroviario transfronterizo entre Alemania y Dinamarca.
El 1 de abril de 1854 se inició la operación en la línea ferroviaria Flensburg–Tönning, inicialmente desde el Holzkrug ubicado fuera de la ciudad, y el 4 de octubre también desde la estación terminal situada en la ciudad, que más tarde fue llamada "Estación Inglesa". Esta estación, en el extremo sur del fiordo de Flensburg en el casco antiguo de Flensburg, fue solemnemente inaugurada para el servicio el 25 de octubre por el rey danés Federico VII, el patrón de la línea de ferrocarril.
