El Museo Henriette-Davidis se inauguró en 1994 en Wetter-Wengern y presenta la vida y obra de Henriette Davidis. La autora de libros de cocina alemana más famosa nació en 1801 en Wengern.
Desde 2004, el museo está ubicado en Mühlchen, una casa de entramado de madera de 1801. El edificio se encuentra directamente junto al Elbschebach, cerca de la iglesia del pueblo Wengern, en el centro de la localidad. Está registrado como monumento arquitectónico número 80 en la lista de monumentos de Wetter.
