El castillo de Vitzenburg es un castillo de estilo renacentista y neorenacentista en el Unstrut, en el homónimo barrio de la ciudad de Querfurt en el distrito de Saalekreis en Sachsen-Anhalt, que se remonta a un castillo que probablemente fue fundado en el siglo IX.
El complejo se encuentra en un espolón rocoso que sobresale hacia el oeste, sobre el Unstrut, al suroeste de la aldea. Al norte, debajo de la antigua fortaleza principal, en el lugar del actual castillo, hay una terraza que podría ser el resto de un antiguo foso de contención.
