Slot Vitzenburg er et renæssance- og neorenæssanceslot ved Unstrut i den ligeså navngivne bydel i byen Querfurt i Saalekreis i Sachsen-Anhalt, der går tilbage til en borg, som sandsynligvis blev grundlagt i det 9. århundrede.
Anlægget ligger på en bjergryg, der stikker frem mod vest over Unstrut, sydvest for landsbyen. Nordligt under den tidligere hovedborg, på stedet for det nuværende slot, findes en terrasse, som kunne være resterne af en gammel omgivende grav.
