Il castello di Vitzenburg è un castello rinascimentale e neorinascimentale situato sull'Unstrut, nella località omonima del comune di Querfurt, nel Saalekreis, in Sassonia-Anhalt, che risale a un castello probabilmente fondato nel IX secolo.
La struttura si trova su un promontorio montano che si protende verso ovest sopra l'Unstrut, a sud-ovest del villaggio. A nord, sotto l'ex castello principale, nel luogo dell'attuale castello, si trova una terrazza, che potrebbe essere il resto di un antico fossato di contenimento.
