Le château de Vitzenburg est un château de la Renaissance et de la néo-Renaissance situé sur l'Unstrut dans le quartier éponyme de la ville de Querfurt dans le Saalekreis en Saxe-Anhalt, qui remonte à un château probablement fondé au IXe siècle.
Le site est situé sur un promontoire montagneux qui s'avance vers l'ouest au-dessus de l'Unstrut, au sud-ouest du village. Au nord, sous l'ancienne forteresse principale, à l'emplacement de l'actuel château, se trouve une terrasse qui pourrait être le reste d'un ancien fossé d'enceinte.
