Slot Vitzenburg is een renaissanceslot en neorenaissanceslot aan de Unstrut in het gelijknamige deel van de stad Querfurt in de Saalekreis in Saksen-Anhalt, dat voortbouwt op een kasteel dat waarschijnlijk in de 9e eeuw is opgericht.
De locatie ligt op een naar het westen stekende bergspoor boven de Unstrut, ten zuidwesten van het dorp. Noordelijk onder de voormalige hoofdvesting, op de plek van het huidige kasteel, bevindt zich een terras dat de rest van een oude omringende gracht zou kunnen zijn.
