El Páter y la Monja es una formación rocosa de caliza en el distrito de Oestrich de Iserlohn. Este monumento natural de rocas consta de dos torres de aproximadamente 60 m de altura. Aquí también se encuentra la cueva Grürmann, que mide hoy en día unos cinco metros. Según la leyenda, un monje y una monja vivían aquí juntos, sin quitarse sus vestiduras monásticas blancas. Cuando arrojaron a un obispo admonitorio al Lenne, ambos fueron alcanzados por un rayo y transformados en piedra.
