Pater e Monaca è una formazione rocciosa di calcare massivo nel quartiere Oestrich di Iserlohn. Il monumento naturale roccioso è composto da due torri alte circa 60 m. Qui si trova anche la Grotta di Grürmann, che oggi è lunga circa cinque metri. Secondo la leggenda, qui vivevano insieme un monaco e una monaca, senza mai togliere le loro vesti monastiche bianche. Quando gettarono un vescovo ammonitore nel Lenne, i due furono colpiti da un fulmine e trasformati in pietra.
