El área natural protegida Heiliges Meer – Heupen es un área natural protegida en la región de Tecklenburger Land en el norte de Renania del Norte-Westfalia. El nombre proviene del lago más grande de la zona, el Gran Heiliges Meer.
El área protegida se encuentra mayormente en el distrito de Obersteinbeck en Recke, el resto está en el municipio de Hopsten. Al sur del Heideweiher limita directamente con el territorio de Ibbenbüren. El área está dividida entre el Gran Heiliges Meer y el lago de hundimiento por la carretera 504. En esta carretera, no lejos de los dos lagos, se encuentra también la Estación Biológica Heiliges Meer, que es una sucursal del Museo de Historia Natural de LWL.
