L'area naturale protetta Heiliges Meer – Heupen è un'area protetta nella regione Tecklenburger Land nel nord del Nordreno-Westfalia. Il nome deriva dal lago più grande della zona, il Grande Heilige Meer.
L'area protetta si trova per la maggior parte nella frazione di Obersteinbeck di Recke, mentre il resto si trova nel comune di Hopsten. A sud del Heideweiher confina direttamente con il territorio di Ibbenbüren. L'area è attraversata dalla strada statale 504 tra il Grande Heilige Meer e il Lago del Collasso. Lungo questa strada si trova, non lontano dai due laghi, anche la Stazione Biologica Heiliges Meer, che è una sede distaccata del Museo LWL di Storia Naturale.
