Het natuurreservaat Heiliges Meer – Heupen is een natuurreservaat in de regio Tecklenburger Land in het noorden van Noord-Rijnland-Westfalen. De naam is ontleend aan het grootste meer van het gebied, het Grote Heilige Meer.
Het natuurreservaat bevindt zich grotendeels in de Recker wijk Obersteinbeck, het restant ligt binnen de gemeentegrenzen van Hopsten. Ten zuiden van de Heideweiher grenst het direct aan het grondgebied van Ibbenbüren. Het gebied wordt tussen het Grote Heilige Meer en de Aardevalmeer doorsneden door de provinciale weg 504. Langs deze weg bevindt zich niet ver van de beide meren ook het Biologische Station Heiliges Meer, dat een nevenvestiging is van het LWL-Museum voor Natuurlijke Historie.
