El Luhe es un río en el noreste de Baja Sajonia. Se trata de un afluente izquierdo del Ilmenau.
El Luhe nace en Soltau-Deimern en la Heide de Luneburgo, pero no tiene un desagüe superficial desde allí. Sale a la superficie definitivamente en Bispingen y desemboca en el Ilmenau en Stöckte, que después de un recorrido adicional de aproximadamente 3 km desemboca en el Elba. Desde Bispingen hasta la desembocadura, la longitud del río es de 58,2 km.
