Die is een rivier in Noordoost-Nedersaksen. Het is een linkse zijrivier van de Ilmenau.
De Luhe ontspringt in Soltau-Deimern in de Lüneburger Heide, maar heeft van daaruit geen bovengrondse afwateringen. Ze komt definitief tevoorschijn bij Bispingen en mondt uit bij Stöckte in de Ilmenau, die na een verdere loop van ongeveer 3 km in de Elbe uitmondt. Van Bispingen tot de monding bedraagt de rivierlengte 58,2 km.
