Il Luhe è un fiume nella Bassa Sassonia nord-orientale. È un affluente sinistro dell'Ilmenau.
Il Luhe ha origine a Soltau-Deimern nella Heide di Lüneburg, ma da lì non ha alcun deflusso superficiale. Riappare definitivamente a Bispingen e sfocia nell'Ilmenau, che dopo un ulteriore corso di circa 3 km si immette nell'Elba. La lunghezza del fiume da Bispingen fino alla confluenza è di 58,2 km.
