La esclusa Palmschleuse es una esclusa de cámara en Lauenburg/Elbe en Schleswig-Holstein, es la esclusa de cámara más antigua de Europa.
La Palmschleuse fue construida completamente de madera en 1398 durante el transcurso del canal Stecknitz y era una de las 15 esclusas de este primer canal de separación de aguas del mundo. Desde la Edad Media, la esclusa también era conocida bajo el nombre de Schlüse a Bockhorst. Como esclusa de cámara, se documentó desde 1480.
