De Palmschleuse is een kamerschutsluis in Lauenburg/Elbe in Sleeswijk-Holstein, het is de oudste kamerschutsluis van Europa.
De Palmschleuse werd in 1398 volledig van hout gebouwd tijdens de aanleg van het Stecknitzkanaal en was een van de 15 sluizen van deze eerste waterscheiding-kanaal ter wereld. Sinds de middeleeuwen was de sluis ook bekend onder de naam Schlüse zu Bockhorst. Als kamerschutsluis was ze sinds 1480 documentair vastgelegd.
