La finca de Gentzrode es un patrimonio arquitectónico protegido en el área urbana de Neuruppin, cerca del núcleo de la ciudad. Los edificios, que fueron construidos para Alexander Gentz a partir de 1861 en estilo morisco, son monumentos arquitectónicos únicos. El parque, un patio económico diseñado y el vivero fueron creados por el fundador de la finca, el comerciante Alexander Gentz de Neuruppin, con la compra de los terrenos.
La finca y el parque son un testimonio único del arte de la construcción y del jardín del siglo XIX. La Oficina de Monumentos del Estado de Brandeburgo califica esta excepcional instalación como monumento arquitectónico de importancia regional y la clasifica como monumento de importancia nacional.
