Quolsdorf es una localidad del municipio de Hähnichen en el distrito de Görlitz en la Alta Lusacia.
Quolsdorf se encuentra al sureste de Rietschen en un valle de praderas, a la derecha del río Schöps Blanco. Al oeste de la localidad pasa la carretera federal 115, que viene de Rietschen en dirección a Niesky. A Quolsdorf le pertenecen la antigua finca de Heinrichswalde, situada al este de Quolsdorf, así como el pueblo de Hinterdorf, también llamado Hinter-Quolsdorf, que se encuentra al oeste.
