Quolsdorf is een deelgemeente van de Oost-Saksische gemeente Hähnichen in de Landkreis Görlitz in de Oberlausitz.
Quolsdorf ligt zuidoostelijk van Rietschen in een weidevallei aan de rechterzijde van de Witte Schöps. Westelijk van het dorp loopt de Bundesstraße 115 vanuit Rietschen in de richting van Niesky. Bij Quolsdorf horen het voormalig voorwerk Heinrichswalde, dat zich oostelijk van Quolsdorf bevindt, en het achterliggende dorp, ook wel Hinter-Quolsdorf genoemd.
