Quolsdorf est un village et une ancienne commune allemande située dans l’arrondissement de Görlitz, en Haute-Louisace.
Quolsdorf se trouve au sud-est de Rietschen dans une prairie de plaine sur le côté droit du Weißer Schöps. À l’ouest du village passe la Bundesstraße 115 en venant de Rietschen en direction de Niesky. Quolsdorf comprend l’ancien avant-poste de Heinrichswalde à l’est de Quolsdorf et le Hinterdorf à l’ouest, également connu sous le nom de Hinter-Quolsdorf.
