El Cuartel Amarillo fue un imponente complejo arquitectónico construido en estilo barroco wilhelminio en el distrito este de Aquisgrán, cuyo nombre se refiere a su fachada de ladrillo amarillo. El edificio fue erigido por el gobierno prusiano de la época fuera del núcleo urbano de Aquisgrán y fue inaugurado el 20 de septiembre de 1882, siendo demolido en la década de 1960 en el transcurso de la construcción de nuevos complejos habitacionales y la creación del parque Kennedy. A lo largo de su variada historia, el Cuartel Amarillo fue utilizado alternativamente por varias unidades militares y policiales, y tras la Segunda Guerra Mundial sirvió como refugio temporal para la población de Aquisgrán que regresaba de la evacuación. Hoy en día, solo permanecen ocho columnas de la entrada y marcan el acceso principal al parque Kennedy.
