Obersteeg es una localidad del distrito de Immekeppel en la ciudad de Overath, en el distrito de Rheinisch-Bergischer en Renania del Norte-Westfalia, Alemania. Se encuentra en la parte norte de Overath entre Immekeppel y Brombach junto al Sülz.
Desde 1633 existió el tribunal del Hofgericht Overath. Su jurisdicción se extendía más allá de las propiedades pertenecientes a la parroquia de Overath. También el Hofgericht Obersteeg estaba asociado con la unión de granjas de Overath, con sus granjas Oberbech, Lokenbach, Wüsterhöhe, Wustsiefen y Balker Höhe.
