La esclusa de Petershagen es una esclusa cerca de la ciudad de Petershagen en Ostwestfalen-Lippe, Renania del Norte-Westfalia. Pertenece a la escalera de Petershagen, que permite la navegación interna en el medio de Weser con una profundidad de inmersión de 2,50.
En 1934, la administración de vías fluviales del Reich comenzó la expansión del medio de Weser entre Bremen y Minden, estableciendo así una ruta de navegación entre los puertos del mar del Norte en Bremen y el interior, así como con el canal de Mittelland en Minden. La construcción tuvo que detenerse en 1941 debido a la guerra. Después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, la esclusa fue terminada junto con la escalera de Petershagen en 1953 y puesta en servicio.
