L'écluse de Petershagen est une écluse située près de la ville de Petershagen, dans le district de l'Westphalie-Est, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. Elle fait partie de l'étape d'aménagement de Petershagen, qui permet l'approfondissement de la Mittelweser pour la navigation intérieure avec une profondeur d'eau de 2,50 m.
En 1934, l'administration des voies navigables du Reich a commencé l'aménagement de la Mittelweser entre Brême et Minden, afin de créer une voie navigable reliant les ports maritimes de Brême à l'arrière-pays ainsi qu'au canal Mittelland à Minden. Les travaux ont dû être interrompus en 1941 en raison de la guerre. Après la Seconde Guerre mondiale, l'écluse a été achevée avec l'étape de Petershagen en 1953 et mise en service.
