La capilla de Nuestra Señora de los Dolores en Reimerzhoven, un barrio de Altenahr en el distrito de Ahrweiler en el norte de Renania-Palatinado, es una capilla católica del siglo XIX. Es un monumento cultural protegido.
La capilla es un edificio de piedra irregular encalado, de ocho metros de largo y cuatro metros de ancho, que fue renovado por dentro y por fuera en 2009/10. La colocación de la piedra fundamental de la capilla tuvo lugar el 30 de mayo de 1859 con una ceremonia solemne. El pueblo, que contaba entonces con 70 habitantes, dependía de donaciones para la construcción; así, el conde Franz Egon de Fürstenberg-Stammheim donó 34 táleres para la construcción de la capilla, con un coste total de 270 táleres. La inauguración solemne se llevó a cabo el 2 de mayo de 1861.
