De kapel ter eren van de Smarten van de Heilige Maagd Maria in Reimerzhoven, een deelgemeente van Altenahr in de Landkreis Ahrweiler in het noordelijke Rijnland-Palts, is een katholieke kapel uit de 19e eeuw. Het is een beschermd cultureel monument.
De kapel is een eenvoudige gepleisterde breuksteenconstructie van acht meter lengte en vier meter breedte, die in 2009/10 zowel van binnen als van buiten is gerenoveerd. De eerste steen van de kapel werd gelegd op 30 mei 1859 tijdens een plechtige processie. Het dorp, dat toen 70 inwoners telde, was afhankelijk van donaties voor de bouw; de graven Franz Egon von Fürstenberg-Stammheim schonk 34 talers voor de bouw van de kapel, bij een totale bouwsom van 270 talers. De plechtige inwijding vond plaats op 2 mei 1861.
