La chapelle de Notre-Dame des Douleurs à Reimerzhoven, un quartier d'Altenahr dans le district d'Ahrweiler en Rhénanie-Palatinat, est une chapelle catholique du 19ème siècle. C'est un monument culturel protégé.
La chapelle est un bâtiment en pierre de taille crépie, de huit mètres de long et quatre mètres de large, qui a été rénové à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur en 2009/10. La pose de la première pierre de la chapelle a eu lieu le 30 mai 1859 lors d'une procession solennelle. Le village, comptant alors 70 habitants, dépendait des dons pour la construction ; ainsi, le comte Franz Egon de Fürstenberg-Stammheim a fait don de 34 thalers pour la construction de la chapelle, le coût total étant de 270 thalers. La consécration solennelle a eu lieu le 2 mai 1861.
