Meusegast es un barrio de la ciudad de Dohna en el distrito de Suiza sajona-Osterzgebirge, Sajonia. Se compone de Nieder- y Obermeusegast.
Meusegast se encuentra a aproximadamente tres kilómetros al sureste del casco antiguo de Dohna. Está situado en la meseta entre Müglitz al oeste y Seidewitz al este, al sur del valle del Elba. El terreno desciende de manera constante hacia el noreste hacia Eulengrund en Krebs. Al suroeste de Meusegast, alcanza su mayor altura de más de 290 m sobre el nivel del mar en Ziegenrücken, a lo largo de la frontera municipal con Müglitztal. La zona circundante de Meusegast se utiliza agrícola, a excepción de las empinadas laderas boscosas en los valles de Müglitz y Seidewitz. Los barrios adyacentes de Dohna son Köttewitz al noroeste y Krebs al noreste. Al este colinda con el barrio de Zuschendorf en Pirna. Al sureste limitan Nieder- y Oberseidewitz, que pertenecen al municipio de Bahretal. Al suroeste de Meusegast se encuentra Burkhardswalde y al oeste está Weesenstein. Ambos son parte del municipio de Müglitztal.
