Ruhlsdorf es una localidad del municipio de Marienwerder en el distrito de Barnim en Brandeburgo con aproximadamente 500 habitantes. Se encuentra al oeste de Eberswalde y a unos 45 kilómetros al norte del centro de Berlín. Cerca de allí discurre el canal Oder-Havel con la esclusa de Ruhlsdorf.
En la Edad de Piedra, había un asentamiento en la zona del actual lugar. La mención más antigua es de 1315 como Ruleuesdorpe, y de 1375 se tiene constancia de un párroco.
