Ruhlsdorf is een deelgemeente van de gemeente Marienwerder in de Landkreis Barnim in Brandenburg met ongeveer 500 inwoners. Het ligt ten westen van Eberswalde en ongeveer 45 kilometer ten noorden van het stadscentrum van Berlijn. Dichtbij loopt het Oder-Havel-kanaal met de Ruhlsdorfer sluis.
In de Steentijd waren er nederzettingen in de gemarkte van de huidige plaats. Van 1315 dateert de oudste vermelding als Ruleuesdorpe, van 1375 die van een predikant.
