Ruhlsdorf est un quartier de la commune de Marienwerder dans le comté de Barnim à Brandebourg, avec environ 500 habitants. Il se situe à l'ouest d'Eberswalde et à environ 45 kilomètres au nord du centre-ville de Berlin. À proximité se trouve le canal Oder-Havel avec l'écluse de Ruhlsdorf.
À l'époque néolithique, il y avait un site d'habitation dans la commune de l'endroit actuel. La plus ancienne mention date de 1315 sous le nom de Ruleuesdorpe, et celle d'un pasteur date de 1375.
