Einruhr es un pueblo del municipio de Simmerath, ubicado en estado de Renania del Norte-Westfalia, Alemania. Tiene una población estimada, a fines de 2020, de 557 habitantes.[2]
En tiempos romanos existía, junto a la actual población, un manantial de agua al que se atribuían propiedades curativas. Se accedía a él mediante una calzada que procedía del oeste y continuaba hasta cerca del Rin.[3]
