El Hotel Royal es un hotel histórico en el corazón de Aarhus, Dinamarca, en el barrio central de Indre By. Tiene vistas a la Catedral de Aarhus y a la gran plaza Store Torv. El hotel se encuentra entre los hoteles mejor clasificados en Dinamarca y tiene una historia como el más prestigioso de la ciudad.
El hotel, que hoy cuenta con 64 habitaciones, fue fundado en 1838 por el posadero Niels Larsen de Odense. El nuevo hotel fue construido a partir de dos edificios existentes con vistas a la plaza central de Aarhus. Rápidamente estableció una reputación de lujo con clientes que incluían a la realeza, políticos, escritores, estrellas de cine y cantantes. Se convirtió en el hotel más importante de la ciudad y el lugar donde la alta sociedad local se socializaba.
