La iglesia del Espíritu Santo es una iglesia luterana de la Iglesia Popular Danesa en el centro de Copenhague. Es la iglesia parroquial de la parroquia del mismo nombre.
Antes de la reforma, la iglesia, que data de aproximadamente 1400, pertenecía a un monasterio católico. Durante el incendio de la ciudad de 1728, la disposición original de la iglesia fue destruida. La iglesia fue reconstruida y se volvió a abrir el 30 de noviembre de 1732.
