Este edificio redondo data del siglo XIX (1806-1819) y tiene una cúpula de hierro y vidrio. Los planos fueron elaborados por Jacques Mercier. La construcción comenzó en 1806 y en 1812 fue inaugurado por los comerciantes de granos con fines comerciales. Había 32 establos y espacios. En el siglo XIX, el edificio fue golpeado por una fuerte tormenta y un incendio. Durante la Primera Guerra Mundial, el edificio se usó como un lazareto. En 1992 se iniciaron las obras de restauración de los salones. Hoy en día, el edificio se utiliza para exposiciones de todo tipo.
