Flavigny-le-Petit es una antigua comuna en el departamento de Aisne en Hauts-de-France, en el norte de Francia.
La comuna de Flavigny-le-Petit fue creada durante la Revolución Francesa. El 1 de enero de 1966, fue abolida tras un decreto prefectural del 1 de octubre de 1965. Su territorio se anexa entonces a la comuna vecina de Guise por el mismo decreto.
