Esta antigua estación de ferrocarril fue completamente renovada en 1991 y está situada en el corazón de la ciudad, a 5 minutos a pie de los demás centros de conferencias.
Detrás de su fachada "Art Nouveau", alberga modernas instalaciones y equipos técnicos de última generación, dos auditorios con 230 asientos y un segundo con 1.400 asientos.
Es la sede de numerosos eventos (convenciones de automóviles, lanzamientos de productos, sesiones plenarias, etc.), pero también de festivales y espectáculos, lo que la convierte en una de las sedes más solicitadas de Aquitania.
